7.4 Magnitude Earthquake Thrashes Nepal Again.

Yes, if you felt the earth Shaking beneath you today that means you also experienced a bit of what is  occurring on the same epicenter which shook Nepal two weeks ago with 7.8 magnitude Earthquake.

This time it was 7.4 and regions of North India Felt it with much greater Impact. People started running out of buildings and in no time it turned into chaos, but the damage in main Epicenter Nepal is yet to be reported.

Researchers say that the plates beneath the Nepal hasn't settled down Yet and as a result we are experiencing the Quakes.
There were After Shocks as well.

Will we Experience it Again?

Yes, there are chances that these quakes hit Nepal and the northern region again, Plates are still settling down and shifting beneath the surface hence you must stay careful and avoid any trip to Nepal or its near by regions for a month.

We pray for people in Nepal and hope that Every body has evacuated the place in time.

Salman Khan Sent To Jail, Right Or Wrong?

This is going to turn out the most debatable Topic of this summer because one more Bollywood star has been sent to jail for his past crimes which came back to haunt him.

According to the Law yes he committed the Crime and as a result he is on his way to jail for 5 years, on the other hand, he has actively worked for human Rights, owns Being Human Company, supports lots of social groups and in personal a very kind and helpful personality which a huge fan list which love him more than anything.

So Why the Fuss?

Actually its Feelings vs Reality.

People who love Salman as a person and find it hard to believe that whatever he did was an inescapable crime then Sorry to Disappoint you but It's all true.
All the Evidences and crime scene proofs have gone against him and yes he muscled people under his car in a drunk state.
But still if you feel that it was fault of the poor people that why were they sleeping on the footpaths, why don't government do anything about it, then you are really being off topic a bit.
What has been done is done already.

That incident didn't mean that Salman is Awful personality or an irresponsible person.
Shit happens with Everybody but in Front of Law, we all stay equal. Whatever he does for the good, he will always be recognized, but for this crime he just have to clear his stains by going through this punishment for 5 years.

For people who think the punishment must not be Given.

Ok, you are Salman fans and you want him to escape but if it was for anyother star, would your views still stand strong? Every rich personality do charities, so does that mean they can go above law?

There is no proof to support that Salman wasn't Driving, ironically everything supported against him. You don't Drink and Drive, even if you are a CELEB as a result you will have to pay some price but wait on the way you drove over some people too and your fans don't want you to go to jail for 5 years, you lucky bastard but after all not so lucky in front of Law.

For people who think the punishment is Not Enough.

Ok, you are disappointed, well thing is, the guy is really not bad after all, he really supports humanity, every one has a dark side and he is punished for it, so get over it. He has spent his life for entertainment of others, help the poor and what not.
If court think that 5 years is enough for him, then its enough, He has already learned his lessons but the personality which will walk out of the prison after these 5 years will be totally worth Waiting For.

Clear your thoughts on his BAIL.

On the bail which he got, people, even Not so known criminals are given sometime to say goodbye before going to jail, Salman khan knew it was coming but he has a lot of things to wrap up before going behind bars, so keep calm, its hard times for him and his family.

You all must accept that Crime is a Crime and no matter Who you are in rest of your life's aspects, you cannot escape. You will have to go through punishment to earn your privilege as the Rightful person in the society again.

Does Women Really know what is Empowerment?

                        

Well, we are living in a World which perfectly knows how to waste time.

In India, past being perfect evidence of bias justice and irrational ideologies, we now have the Issue of Empowerment.

Women wan't more power in society just because being prime minister of the house was just not enough and the other side is of men, who are still figuring out what the fuck is going on?

First let me tell you, if everyone will stop being asshole in their own way, the Problem of empowerment will vaporize in seconds.

As we respect ladies and now they demand respect just because they are ladies, lets figure their problems first and check if they deserve the empowerment the ask for:

Problem 1: They are being raped and are afraid to go out in the Dark.

Well, first of all, real men don't rape, those are dogs.  You can scare dogs with sticks, its that easy. You carry lipstick, lip gloss, comb, cell phones, and what not, can't you carry simple safety equipment's when you go out in night?  Nobody knows whats waiting for you in the dark, Not in India, Australia, USA or where ever you go.

Look, its nothing to feel offensive about if we are saying that "YOU CAN PROTECT YOURSELF" if the situation demands. 

Look,creating havoc in the country that girls are mistreated and all, will just won't help because i know thousands of examples in which guys have lost their own self respect for girls. Its a debate which will go on and on and on.

Instead of showing how powerless you are in the dark, carry a torch, Kill the darkness, throw some light and your fears will run away.

Problem 2: Freedom.

Girls say, 

• They are not allowed to stay outside for late night events.
• They are not allowed to have sex outside relationships.
• They are not allowed to drink or smoke.
• They are not paid as much as Men.
• They are not allowed to wear short skirts and tops.

Well, so all your empowerment will come into play if we allow these things?

Because seriously, the fight after Rape issue is for these demands. I mean, parents are same for guy or girl, they will always fear if their son or daughter is out late night.

And don't you think, its you only who has created fear among them? 

They lived in the times where none of this was even thought about, its all too much for them to gel into, and then you can't protect yourself if the situation demands then why will they let you go out late night? 

Drink and smoke? Yes you can do it, no issues, but its bad for all of us, isn't it? Earlier it was just guys who made their parents worry about this, well if girls also want to add up to their worries then no issues..

See if you are thinking that boys should be like that so nothing happens to girls, well they are already.

Thing is criminals are not!

Criminals are criminals and problem is you are incapable to fight them alone, so either keep on blaming guys for not being there, or be a smart ass and get your way out and then beat the shit out of these criminals..

Now we will throw light on the problems of the Men.

Actually, men don't create havoc about their problems, 

Do you know even men get raped? There are girls which say "How can you say no to me, i will shout and will get you to police for raping me if you are not ready for volunteer sex."

But who cares, "Men like sex, they are sex freaks, they are some sex machines."

Well no, there are all types of men and 90% have brains and would resist to have any sexual intercourse if the girl is drunk or out of her mind.

Girls can shout if they get raped and 100 men will run at them for protection, what if a men is getting raped?

Anyways, in short, Men does not want any empowerment, its all just being sarcastic with girls about their demands.

Yes, we understand the need of your protection, but girls who are being protected never wanted protection and the ones who are highly in need are still not getting it. 

This is Wrong. 

You can't make uniform decisions when it comes to empowerment. That is irrational, Just like giving quotas in IIT's. I mean give them the resources they need, not the Seat! 

Give girls the resources they need to protect and girls should force on this aspect rather then hitting on the male gender, 

Remember EVERY MEN IS DIFFERENT.

Narendra Modi's Swachh India Campaign, Will the nation Join the Movement?

PRIME MINISTER of INDIA coming back from America just after delivering a Rock Star speech at MSG takes up a broom in his hands to clean local streets to kick start his Swachh India Campaign.
This Guy just don't take rest, does he?
He is Running all around the World to create awareness and bring attention of all the big Industrialists to invest in India.
Why Do you think that suddenly Prime Minister wants a clean India? I mean education, job creations, power generations must be the bullet points in his speech but rather creation on Toilets found a Bold space in his addressing to the NRI's.

Why Swachh India?

Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Whenever you join a new office, first thing you notice is the Interior, how well maintained it is, how clean it is and how the things are managed.
A proper hygienic office inducts a healthy mood and also helps to work for longer hours without Stress.
In India, nor people want to work, nor people want to keep it Clean. All they want is Money and spit in corners, especially where it is written " Do not spit here" .
Private offices are far more clean and maintained than any government office. Yes, they have delegates coming In and out every day and a stinky corner may make them loose a deal worth millions.Just as every other person, a high class company cabinet will check your maintenance and management capabilities. So why not to ban spitting, common you have washrooms don't ya?
If your working spaces aren't clean and you want people to come from the places where they have world class Office environment and highly educated staff and management services and then you want them to Invest billions of Dollars to build High class offices, pay you Thousands of Dollars as salary and you have a habit to spit and keep surroundings dirty, they aren't stupid, they will never provide you such services if you can't manage them properly.
India has a very bad image of being unhygienic, having a mismanaged system and if any positive image is left due to Namastey we to to our guests is rotten away by the corruption exposure now and then.
People, cleanliness is a Bullet point for everyone of us, We should take it seriously as Everyone in the World respects a clean country, We have to earn respect and for that we have to work.

Critics should Shut Up!

Please, for the first time an Official is trying to Clean India and you are already criticizing his decision to do so. Yes there are many other fields in which we have to grow but first we have to show the world that we are young and fresh and we can utilize every bit of investment in best possible manner. Narendra Modi wants India to be clean because it solves many problems by itself.

India needs change in everything, so if cleanliness is the first one, why to criticize it. You are stupid if you don't think its a major point. You won't even live in your own house if you have spilling water, unhealthy environment and poor sanitation then how can you expect guests to come over and bring you services.

What is the Clean India Concept?

The concept to clean India is just like the ALS awareness scheme. The famous awareness scheme is used as a background to make the cleaning the neighborhood talks more interactive. You clean a place of your choice and nominate few other colleges of yours to clean up place of their choice and the same procedures go on.
Who cares if you clean the place or not as a challenge but the major objective of this campaign is AWARENESS! Its the biggest success, if everyone will know that such campaign is going on, at least people will take care in future  not to spill garbage or to spit or toilet here and there.
Even if few lacs of people are nominated and even only thousands of them will clean their neighborhood, still it will make a huge difference and this difference will inspire others.

Why will it take time?

India mai sabko apni ijjat pyaari hai. India lacks in the initializing the programs, even when its someone's birthday party everyone will get grounded on the couches and seats and the birthday boy or girl will have to pull them to the dance floor. But after few people get started and the mood is set just right then we know how hard it is to stop Indians from dancing.
Its just the initial stages where Indians hesitate, a little support and nobody can stop us from anything.
Yes, it will take time for a local Indian to go outside and start cleaning but if the country will see Sachin Tendulkar and other nominated people by Narendra Modi doing it not for media but as a challenge, you will definitely see India changing.

Sharam ko hatao and India ko saaf Banao!
